We claim Parabeam is superior and far more reliable than imported brands of wireless “driveway alert systems” currently on offer, and back up that claim with a 3-Year warranty, the best for this class of product.
The degree to which other suppliers trust their product is obvious by short 1-Year warranties, and often excluded are important components consumers really need to know they are covered for, like batteries. To offer a proper warranty a brand must have a proven, low failure rate over time and Parabeam has that record since 2003. A supplier who gives a short warranty period probably knows more about their product than they are letting on.
Valid from 1st February 2009.

Making a warranty claim- Please call us to report a fault before returning any equipment, often we are able to correctly diagnose and resolve a problem over the phone. If we are not made aware of a problem we can not help resolve it, so please do not leave a problem un-addressed.
- The manufacturer or re-seller does not pay for third party callouts, since kits are supplied in DIY form, intended to be installed by the purchaser.
- If the system was installed by an alarm company, you must call the alarm company if a problem arises. If they no-longer exist or are not helpful, please call the manufacturer immediately
- Parabeam kits of are a set of individual items, just like a home alarm system is made up of individual items like batteries, sirens and motion sensors, and as such individual faulty items are replaced under warranty not the entire set of items you pruchased initially.
